• Orders are confirmed once full payment has been received.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 72 hours unless otherwise stated.
  

• Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays or circumstances outside of our control.
  

• Once an order is shipped, tracking details will be provided.
  
  

4. Returns & Refunds

• Pressie Nail Club offers returns within 15 days of receiving your order (see our Delivery + Returns page for details).
  

• Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in “as new” condition.
  

• Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable cannot be returned unless faulty.
  

• Refunds may be adjusted if part of a bundle is returned.

• Each Pressie Nail Club set is handmade, so slight variations in color, design, or finish may occur. These variations are not considered faults but part of the uniqueness of handmade products.
