Returns & Exchanges
We want you to absolutely love your nails! If something’s not quite right, we offer free returns within 15 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item(s) must be unused, in original packaging, and in “as new” condition.
- Item(s) marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Returns must be initiated and posted within 15 days of delivery.
- Please include photos of your item(s) before returning so we can confirm their condition.
Refunds on Bundles
If you return part of a bundle, the refund will be adjusted to reflect the current sale price of the items you keep.
How to Start a Return

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 days of shipping, please contact us at info@pressienailclub.com and we’ll launch an investigation with the courier.
